Back To The Island!

After a dramatic farewell with my Kong-Kong and Po-Po,

We drove back to the east coast through the scenic East West Highway.

Finally we arrived at Kuala Besut and set off to the island the next morning.
I love the boat ride! Here you can see my 2 teeth. I have 3 teeth now! That's why I was a sick baby!

Now I am well adapted to the island life, and I just learn about sand, and I really love them! They taste good too!

KJ Got Fever

On the last day of Chinese New Year after saying good bye to my friend Liv, I got fever. This is the first time I am down with illness. I had slight fever once on the day I turn 5 month old, but that only last for a couple of hours. This time, I had a temperature above 38c. Mama stayed up the whole night keeping me upright because I can't breath when lying flat. At 4am, mama woke me up, and she took me to the bath room and told me she's going to sponge me down. I don't know why but it was fun. I laughed and played when she sponged me down.

The next morning papa and mama took me to see Doctor.
This is me at the clinic...see how sick I was?! What do you mean you can't tell that I was sick? I was listless!
This is me that night, my temperature went up, mama and papa woke me up again to sponge me down and this is me...do I look sick to you? (Uncle Harick is teaching to play cards.)

But that night my temperature went up to 40c, and didn't get down even after several time of sponging down. Papa and mama had a sleepless night. I wasn't a happy chappy anymore! I screamed and wailed during the sponging down, papa and mama got very worried. Finally they took me to Damansara Specialist Hospital, on the way there I was very listless (this time is for real!). When we got to the hospital, mama took me down to register, and papa went to park the car, when papa came in to I started to perspired, and suddenly I got up from mama's arm and start bouncing again. I felt better even before I see the doctor.

This is me at the cashier, all chirpy and happy, temperature back to normal!
aHhh...mama said I have won my first battle, and I am a brave warrior!

I got teeth!!!

Hi, 2 of my lower teeth finally cut through! The first one cut on the Chinese New Year eve, and second one on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year. I am all excited with them and can't stop playing with them, I love scratching my upper lips on them!




So, bye-bye my gummy smile, next time I will flaunt my pearly white!

Gong Xi Gong Xi! KJ First Chinese New Year

Hello people, sorry have been a busy bee lately, what I have been up to? Chinese New Year! Yeah. I love Chinese New Year, cause everything is in my favourite colour RED!!! Here's some pictures of what I did during my CNY.Went back to my papa's home town for CNY, in my new clothes.

Next morning I got into my farmer john and went off visiting relatives.

This is at my great grand parents' house, mama told me that this short door is hard to come by nowadays, so she insisted we took a picture with it.
After getting red packets from the elderly, we sat around chit chating with papa's cousins.
After that papa took me on the bike which I would never be allowed to do in the city, wheee!!! I love the bike!
After that I play with papa, and go to sleep in all the noisy fire crackers, but to be awaked by the noise of a little geckko in the room. (mama wants to kill it!)
The next day we went to Ipoh for another dinner, and more red packets, you like my out fit?
And finally we took a kids photo with yeh-yeh and mah-mah, but I was more interested in the fish.
Phew, what a holiday!
